The game cannot be lower in size than the minimum required space, coming to conclusion that 12 GB of Data is obviously missing from the game which includes textures, effects and other vital data. This is seriously impossible, unless someone made a writing error, but I doubt it considering the game is 47GB on PS4. The MINIMUM HD SPACE required for Arkham Knight is 45GB and the game is only 36GB.
